LAVRENTIADIS S.A. discloses according to article 14 law 3556, that after a relevant disclosure it received from the company SANTANDER INVESTMENTS S.A. as of January 8th 2008, that on the November 5th 2007, the company SANTANDER INVESTMENTS S.A., proceeded with the sale of shares of the company NEOCHIMIKI L.V. LAVRENTIADIS S.A. , and as a result its total number of shares and voting rights decreased from 3.603.445 to 3.590.120 and the percentage on total voting rights of the above company changed from 10,010% to 9,972%.
