Corporate announcement for executives' employment

Alumil Administration announces two new executives' employment, to cover the developing needs of the listed Group: Mr. Ioannis Marantidis assumes the duties of the Internal Audit Supervisor. Mr. Marantidis is a graduate of the Business Administration division, University of Macedonia in Thessaloniki. He also holds the professional post-graduate diploma of the Greek Chartered Accountants Assosiation, as well as a post-graduate degree in Financial Economics of the University of Brunel, Great Britain. Previous employment record includes positions in Finance Administrations, Treasury and external Audit.
Mrs. Licimara Guimaraes, former Internal Audit Supervisor, operates now as a Business Advisor for International Operations. This position was created to cover the operational and functional needs of Group subsidiaries internationally.
Furthermore, Mr. Filoktimon Vakalis is employed as Investor Relations & Analysis Officer. He holds a bachelor in Financial Economics and a MA in Accounting and Finance from the Business School of Kingston Upon Thames, UK. Mr. Vakalis previously worked as an external Auditor.
Both Mr. Marantidis and Mr. Vakalis are expected to assist Group strategic targets' accomplishment.Mr. Ioannis Kleidonaris, has resigned from the position of Accessories Commercial Director. These operations are now embedded in the Commercial Administration, under the Direction of Mr. Lambros Yannouchos.
