INTRALOT announces according to articles 9, 14 and 21 of L.3556/2007, in combination with the decision No 1/434/3.7.2007 of the BoD of the Capital Market Commission and the explanatory circular No 33 of the Capital Market Commission -and following the notification dated 1/2/2008 to our Company - that Mr. Socrates P. Kokkalis, Chairman of the BoD of INTRALOT, possesses 31,800,000 common registered shares, bearing voting rights, that correspond to 20.007% of the total share capital of INTRALOT, after the beginning of trading of new Common Registered shares due to the Company's stock option plan on 31/1/2008, compared to a 23.089% stake that he possessed according to the last notification to the investment public on 16/12/2004.
