Nel Lines S.A., according to law 3556/2007(articles 3 and 21) and article 11 of decision 1/434/03.07.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that the Managing Director, Mr. Apostolos Ventouris (considered an insider according to article 13 of law 3340/2005), purchased 1.345.000 common shares, with a value of Euro 1.008.750,00 on January 11th 2008.
