NIREUS SA notifies that Mrs Kalliope Chaviara, wife of Mr. Nikolaos Chaviaras, Vice Chairman and CEO of the Company, bought on the 7th and the 8th of January 2008 an aggregate of 28.925 shares of total value 80.822,65 euros. Mrs Chaviara is a required to notify of her transactions, according to Law 3340/2005, as a person closely affiliated to a person holding senior managerial position. This announcement is made in compliance with the regulations of Law 3556/2007 and the decision of the HMC 1/434/3.7.2007 (article 11).
