According to the provisions of the articles 275, par. 1d, as well as article 292 of section 4 of the ATHEX Regulation, the company TECHNICAL OLYMPIC S.A. informs the investment public that the plan of intended corporate actions for 2008 is the following:
- FY 2007 Financial Results: Monday, March 31, 2008
- Analysts Annual Briefing: Thursday, May 15, 2008
- Annual Shareholders General Meeting: Friday May 30, 2008
The company will not distribute dividend for the financial year 2007.
The financial results will be on the same day of the publication on the company's website (www.techol.gr) and on the website of the A.S.E. (www.ase.gr).
