INTRASOFT International has been assigned to render SAP services in European Commission's Directorate-General for Justice, Freedom and Security.
Brussels, 4 February 2008. INTRASOFT International, a subsidiary of INTRACOM IT Services, is the leading partner of a consortium with Atos Origin and CSC, which has undertaken a new project that concerns the rendering of SAP services in European Commission's Directorate-General for Justice (DG JLS), Freedom and Security department. The total value of the project is euro 12m, while INTRASOFT's participation amounts to euro 4.2m.
The maximum duration of the project is 4 years and it involves the creation, integration and maintenance of the "Budget and Control" policy unit's IT systems for the management of sponsorships received from public organisations, which are based on SAP "Grantor" solution. An automated electronic link with the generic financial system of the European Committee will also be implemented, in order to complete the project.
INTRASOFT's SAP activity is also very significant in the Greek market, where for the second consecutive year the company has achieved a growth of 30% in its turnover. During 2007, it has successfully implemented a large number of new projects, which satisfied the different needs of a broad range of organisations that operate in a diverse spectrum of industries, by utilizing its specialized know-how and applying its especially developed in-house solutions. Furthermore, apart from its activity as a SAP Channel Partner and the implementation of integrated SAP solutions, the company successfully continues to provide Service Level Agreement (SLA) services to its existing client base, as well as to render services that concern the SAP Netweaver Business Intelligence solution in large Greek and multinational companies (Roche, Coca Cola Hellenic Bottling Company, Papapolitis, and more).
