The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that the shareholder and Executive BoD member, Mr. Konstantinos Stamatiou son of Fokion, proceeded on 29/01/08 to the sale of 2,000 (two thousand) common shares at the price of 11.45 euros (eleven euro and forty five cents) of total value 22,985.10 euros (twenty two thousand nine hundred eighty five euro and ten cents).
