EUROMEDICA S.A. establishes new company
Euromedica S.A. would like to inform its shareholders as well as investors that it has established a new company trading as EUROMEDICA LYDIA S.A., whose registered offices are in Kavala, which will set up, build and run an 80-bed In- & Out-Patient Rehabilitation Centre in the region of the city of Kavala.
Euromedica S.A. has a 50.50% holding in this company, with the other 49.50% being held by doctors. The new Rehabilitation Centre will be constructed on a plot of 15,000 m2 and will cover a total surface area of 5,000 m2.
At the same time, the implementation study for establishment of a 200-bed In- & Out-Patient Rehabilitation Centre in the Thessaloniki area on a privately-owned plot of 20,000 m2 is nearing completion. This project will be put out to tender in February 2008.
