Revoil S.A. announces, in accordance to article 10 of Low 3340/2005 and article 2 of decision 3/347/12.7.2005 of BoD of Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr.Niforas Stavros is appointed as chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Niforas holds a Bachelor degree in Economics from ATHENS UNIVERSITY OF BUSINESS STUDIES and graduated from the Institute of Chartered Accountants - Auditors.
He has long experience working as chief accountant and Business advisor. He also has auditing experience (KPMG and Pricewaterhousecoopers). The recent years, he worked for INTRACOM CONSTRUCTIONS GROUP, when he quits from the position of Chief Financial Officer.
Mr. Ioannis Roussos ex Chief Financial Officer is appointed as Administration consultant. His new duties are advisory and focus on business development (business plan, investing plans), organizational effectiveness and profit improvement.
