Attica Holdings S.A. announces, that according to L. 3556/2007 (art. 3 and art. 21) in combination with the resolution of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission 1/434/3.7.2007 (Art.11), Mr. Yannis Criticos, Director of Investor Relations (Person subject to the notification obligation according to article 13 of L.3340/2005) bought 3,000 ordinary shares of Attica Group of total value Euro 15,660 on 8th April, 2008.
