(a) during the trading session of 3.12.2007, MIG acquired 149,961 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.44 per share, corresponding to 0.14 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 56.798 %,
(b) during the trading session of 4.12.2007, MIG acquired 200,000 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.44 per share, corresponding to 0.19 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 56.99 %,
(c) during the trading session of 6.12.2007, MIG acquired 135,000 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.44 per share, corresponding to 0.14 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 57.12 %,
(d) during the trading session of 7.12.2007, MIG acquired 32,000 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.44 per share, corresponding to 0.03 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 57.15 %, (
e) during the trading session of 12.12.2007, MIG acquired 1,000,000 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.46 per share, corresponding to 0.96 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 58.11 %,
(f) during the trading session of 17.12.2007, MIG acquired 500,000 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.46 per share, corresponding to 0.48 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 58.59 %,
(g) during the trading session of 18.12.2007, MIG acquired 1,224 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.44 per share, corresponding to 0.001 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 58.59 %,
(h) during the trading session of 19.12.2007, MIG acquired 236,631 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.44 per share, corresponding to 0.23 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 58.82 %,
(i) during the trading session of 20.12.2007, MIG acquired 6,106 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.44 per share, corresponding to 0.23 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 58.82 %,
(j) during the trading session of 21.12.2007, MIG acquired 96,270 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.44 per share, corresponding to 0.09 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 58.92 %,
(k) during the trading session of 27.12.2007, MIG acquired 11,132 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.46 per share, corresponding to 0.01 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 58.93 %,
(l) during the trading session of 28.12.2007, MIG acquired 36,819 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.44 per share, corresponding to 0.035 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 58.96 %,
(m) during the trading session of 31.12.2007, MIG acquired 31,228 shares of the Issuer at the average price of Euro 5.47 per share, corresponding to 0.03 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 58.99 %,
(n) during the trading session of 2.1.2008, MIG acquired 351,728 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.44 per share, corresponding to 0.34 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 59.33 % and
(o) during the trading session of 3.1.2008, MIG acquired 12,740 shares of the Issuer at the price of Euro 5.44 per share, corresponding to 0.01 % of the Issuer's share capital and voting rights, as a result of which its participation in the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer amounted in total to 59.34 %.
