The Societe Anonyme under the name MYTILINEOS S.A. - GROUP OF COMPANIES hereby announces pursuant to law 3556/2007 and upon a relevant notice from its shareholder MORGAN STANLEY & CO INTERNATIONAL PLC that, on the 21st of January 2008 (instead of the 25th of January 2008 that was stated in the previous announcement), the direct participation of MORGAN STANLEY & CO INTERNATIONAL PLC in the share capital and voting rights of MYTILINEOS S.A. - GROUP OF COMPANIES was changed to 4.821% (i.e. 5,640,854 voting rights) from 5.119% (i.e. 5,984,594 voting rights).
