Blue Star Maritime S.A. (the Issuer) announces in accordance with L. 3556/2007 and following respective information received from Mr. Ioannis Tzivelis that: on January 7th 2008 Mr. Ioannis Tzivelis, who controlled indirectly through Mitica Limited, 10.0048% of the share capital of the Issuer (corresponding to 10,505,000 voting rights) has decreased his percentage to 0%.
Mitica Limited has respectively advised the Issuer that on January 7th 2008, Mitica's total percentage of the share capital and voting rights of the Issuer has decreased from 10.0048% (corresponding to 10,505,000 voting rights) to 0%.
