It is announced, pursuant to paragraph 5 of Article 1 of the Presidential Decree No 82/1996, that the company Hellenic Telecommunications Organization S.A. (OTE S.A.) intends to participate, (either independently or as a member of an association or of a Joint Venture), in Procedures  for the undertaking of projects or for the acquisition of supplies of the Public Sector or of Legal Entities owned by the Public Sector, pursuant to article 2 of  Law No 3310/2005, as amended by Law No 3414/2005 and is in force.

In the above frame, OTE SA intends:

a) to participate in the Open Tender, issued by the Information Society SA in order to sign  a Frame Agreement with awarding criterion the lowest price  for the project “SYZEFXIS II- Telecommunications Services Isles 1-8”, with a budget of €329,780,378.88 (excluding VAT), which will be held on  06.06.2014 or on any other date.

b) to participate in tenders issued by the Public Sector, i.e. Ministry of Rural Development and Food,  Ministry of Development and Competitiveness, Ministry of Public Order and Citizen Protection, Ministry of Justice, Transparency and Human Rights, , Ministry of Administrative Reform and E- Governance , Ministry of National Defence, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Labour, Social Insurance and Welfare, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Finance,  Ministry  of Macedonia and Thrace,  Ministry of Mercantile Marine and Aegean,  Ministry of Education and Religions Ministry of Environment, Energy and Climate Change, Ministry of Culture and Sports, Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Health, Ministry of Infrastructure, Transport and Networks tenders issued by Legal Entities owned by the Public Sector, by the, Local Authorities of A and B degree and in tenders issued by the Information Society S.A. ,of Information, Manpower Employment Organization, Hellenic Post, Athens Water Supply and Sewerage Company (EYDAP SA), Public Power Corporation SA Hellas, New Hellenic Radio Internet Television (NERIT), Independent Power Transmission Operator (IPTO or ADMIE) S.A. Operator of Electricity Market,, Hellenic Parliament, E- Governance of Social Insurance, Universities ,Technological Educational Institutes .

For this reason, we invite our Societes Anonymes-Shareholders, to proceed to the following, if they haven't already done so, i.e. to register their shares until natural person, within the meaning of the above mentioned Presidential Decree No 82/1996, and to provide all necessary information for the identification of their shareholders up to the ultimate natural person. Finally, it is announced that the penalties provided for in paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 2 of the Presidential Decree No 82/1996 include the deprivation of the rights to attend and vote in the General Assembly of our Company, and of all property rights that arise from their status as shareholders, until they fully comply with their obligations as per above.
