Athens, May 27, 2014 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/3.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that on 26/5/2013 it has been notified of the sales of OTE shares mentioned below, as follows:

Ms. Maria Rontogianni, OTE Group Chief Internal Auditor, sold on 23/5/2014, 10,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €103,800, Mr. Konstantinos Ploumpis, General Director of Regulatory Affairs, sold on 23/5/2014, 16,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €164,867.8, and Mr. Aristodimos Dimitriadis, Chief OTE Group Compliance, ERM & Insurance Officer, sold on 23/5/2014, 3,500 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €36,420.
