Athens, May 22, 2014 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/3.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that on 21/5/2013 it has been notified of the transactions of OTE shares mentioned below, as follows:

Ms. Christini Spanoudaki, Head of OTE Group Corporate Real Estate Management, sold on 19/5/2014, 5,845 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €59,652.35 and on 20/5/2014, 15,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €151,579.97, Mr. Panagiotis Sarantopoulos, OTE Chief Commercial Officer - Wholesale, sold on 19/5/2014, 23,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €233,119.37, and on 19/5/2014 bought 230 futures contracts on OTE shares, maturing in June 2014. These futures correspond to 23,000 OTE shares and the value of the underlying shares was €233,238.40.
