Athens, May 15, 2014 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/3.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that on 14/5/2013 it has been notified of the sales of OTE shares mentioned below, as follows:

Mr. Athanasopoulos Georgios, Chief Information & Operations Officer of OTE Group, sold on 13/5/2014, 10,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €105,000, Mr. Mavrakis Georgios, Financial Operations General Manager of OTE Group, sold on 12/5/2014, 11,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €112,200, Ms Kozanoglou Nektaria, Senior Communications and Regulatory Affairs Officer of OTE Group Investor Relations, sold on 13/5/2014, 3,500 shares of OTE SA a total value of €36,990 and Mr. Dakoutros Evangelos, HR Assistant General Manager of OTE Group, HRM Issues of OTE & Subsidiaries Greece, sold on 12/5/2014, 10,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €102,000 and, according to his transaction notification of 15/5/2014, sold on 13/5/2014, 10,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €105,000.
