NOTICE OF CHANGES IN FINANCIAL CALENDAR 2014

The company «PAPAPANAGIOTOU SA» with the distinctive title « DROMEAS SA» notifies the investors that following the 19/03/14 announcement, relating to the financial calendar of the 2014 fiscal year (according to the article 4.1.4.3.1. of ASE Regulation), the annual shareholders meeting will take place in 17/06/2014 Tuesday in the company's premises in the Industrial Area of Serres, instead of the 27th  May 2014, as this has been initially mentioned in the financial calendar.
