PRESS RELEASE - BoD proposal for the election of its new members

Upon proposal by the Corporate Governance & Nominations Committee, the Board of NBG has decided to propose to the Bank's AGM, to be held onThursday, 26 June 2014, the election of Mr Dimitris Dimopoulos, Mr Paul Mylonas and Ms Paula Hadjisotiriou as its new members.

Ms Maria Frangista and Mr Panagiotis Thomopoulos have expressed their wish to conclude their term of office as Board members at the said AGM of the Bank.
