Athens, June 10, 2014 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/3.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that on 6/6/2013 it has been notified of the sales of OTE shares mentioned below, as follows:

Mr. Georgios Athanasopoulos, Chief Information & Operations Officer of OTE Group, sold on 5/6/2014, 5,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €56,350, Ms. Christini Spanoudaki, Head of OTE Group Corporate Real Estate Management, sold on 5/6/2014, 10,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €111,500, Mr. Konstantinos Ploumpis, General Director of Regulatory Affairs, sold on 5/6/2014, 3,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €33,720 and Mr. Ilias Drakopoulos, General Director, sold on 5/6/2014, 10,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €111,500 and, according to his transaction notification of 10/6/2014, sold on 6/6/2014, 20,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €228,700.
