MOTODYNAMICS S.A. announces in accordance with article 16 of Greek Law 2190/20 and with Regulation no 2273/2003 of the European Comity, pursuant to the decision of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders dated 29/05/2013, that has proceeded on 25/06/2014 to the purchase of 1000 own shares with an average purchase price Euro 0,360 per share and a total purchase price Euro 375,21. The above 1000 shares were purchased through ALPHA FINANCE.
