 ANNOUNCEMENT

During today's Board of Directors meeting of Eurobank Ergasias S.A. (Eurobank), Messrs. George David, George Gondicas, Efstratios-Georgios Αrapoglou and Dimitri Papalexopoulos expressed the wish that, their term of office as members of the Board of Directors be terminated at Eurobank's forthcoming Shareholders Annual General Meeting 2014, which will appoint new members. 

Eurobank expresses to the departing Board members its sincere thanks for their valuable participation and contribution to Eurobank's growth and progress.
