Athens, June 16, 2014 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/3.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that on 13/6/2013 it has been notified of the sales of OTE shares mentioned below, as follows:

Mr. Aristodimos Dimitriadis, Chief OTE Group Compliance, ERM & Insurance Officer, sold on 11/6/2014, 1,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €12,020, Ms Eleni Papadopoulou, Chief Human Resources Officer of OTE Group, sold on 12/6/2014, 15,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €182,070.08, Mr. Giorgos Arvanitidis, HR Assistant General Manager of OTE Group, sold on 12/6/2014, 15,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €183,450 and Mr. Konstantinos Ploumpis, General Director of Regulatory Affairs, sold on 12/6/2014, 5,454 shares of OTE SA a total value of €66,484.26.
