Announcement PURSUANT TO  Law 3556/2007

 

 

EYDAP SA (the “Company”), pursuant to Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 and the Circular No. 33/2007 of the HCMC, informs the investment community that following relevant notification from the Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (the “HRADF”), dated June 24th  2014, which the Company received electronically on June 25th 2014, the percentage of the voting rights held by HRADF, as of June 23rd 2014, formed at 27.3% (29,074,500 direct voting rights) from 61.333% (65,319,740 direct voting rights).

The aforementioned change in voting rights, was the result of an OTC market transaction, without any charge, according to the no. 1906/2014 Decision of the Council of State, which accepted a request to cancel the transfer of 36,245,240 shares of EYDAP S.A. (percentage 34.033% of its share capital), from the Greek Government to the HRADF, which had been based on the decision of the Interministerial Committee for Restructuring no. 206/25.04.2012 (Government Gazette B 1363/26.04.2012).

 

Since the Greek State controls 100% of the "Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund”, it indirectly controls the voting rights.
