The company IKTINOS HELLAS SA announces that a decision from 06.27.2014 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders decided that a dividend for 2013 amounts to Euro 0.025 per share, which increased by an amount corresponding to treasury shares (6.000shares * 0,025 = 150 €) held by the company and ultimately amounts to 0.0250052495 euro of this sum dividend withholding attributable to the dividend tax rate of 10%, as provided in Article 3, paragraph 1 of Law 4110 / 2013 and therefore the total payable amount of the dividend per share will amount to EUR 0.0225047246.
Specifically, recipients of the dividend under Rule cum (record date) are registered in the DSS investors at Wednesday, August 20, 2014 ( Monday, August 18, 2014, before the start of the meeting).
The dividend will be held on Monday, August 25, 2014 by the paying bank EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA, as follows:
1. Through the Dematerialised Securities System to those shareholders who have authorized collection of dividends their handlers.
2. Through the branch network of EFG Eurobank Ergasias SA to the shareholders who have requested an exemption from their DSS or have their shares to the special account of the DSS.
3.For those shareholders not possible for various reasons, the credit through their operators will be able to collect their dividend through the branch network of the Bank EFG Eurobank Ergasias AE
