Athens, June 11, 2014 – The Hellenic Telecommunications Organization SA (OTE SA), in accordance with Law 3556/2007, 1/434/3.07.2007 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, article 13 of Law 3340/2005 and 3/347/12.07.2005 Decision of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission announces that on 10/6/2013 it has been notified of the sales of OTE shares mentioned below, as follows:

Mr. Evangelos Dakoutros, HR Assistant General Manager of OTE Group, HRM Issues of OTE & Subsidiaries Greece, sold on 6/6/2014, 9,990 shares of OTE SA a total value of €114,545,30, Mr. Aristodimos Dimitriadis, Chief OTE Group Compliance, ERM & Insurance Officer, sold on 5/6/2014, 2,000 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €22,500, and on 6/6/2014, 5,700 shares of OTE SA of a total value of €65,600, Mr. Konstantinos Ploumpis, General Director of Regulatory Affairs, sold on 6/6/2014, 4,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €46,000 and, according to his transaction notification of 11/6/2014, sold on 10/6/2014, 5,000 shares of OTE SA a total value of €60,250.
