The Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting on 30.6.2014, set the ex-date and payment date for the special dividend (share capital return) of EUR0.20 per share that had been decided by the 1^st Repetitive General Meeting of Shareholders on 17.6.2014.

Following the determination of the abovementioned dates, the financial calendar for the remainder of the fiscal year is as follows:

• Special dividend beneficiaries – record date:      Friday July 18^th 2014
  The ex-date (Wednesday 16.7.2014) is before the expiration of the following future contracts that are traded in the derivatives market: Future with the HELEX share as the underlying security – expiration on 19.09.2014, and future on the FTSE/ATHEX LARGE CAP (in which HELEX is a component stock) – expiration on 18.07.2014.
• Special dividend payment date:                          Thursday July 24^th 2014
• Release of Six Month 2014 Results:                    Monday July 28^th 2014
• Release of Nine Month 2014 Results:                  Monday November 17^th 2014

The special dividend will be paid out through Piraeus Bank. The Company will inform investors with a later announcement about the details and the procedure for collecting the amount of the special dividend.

It should be noted that the financial results will be published on the Company website (www.helex.gr) after the end of trading on Athens Exchange on the release day.
