12 June 2014 - FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INSTITUTIONAL LLC informed the Company in writing on 10.06.2014 that on 06.06.2014 it sold common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES-ATHENS STOCK EXCHANGE S.A. HOLDING. Following the above mentioned transaction, FRANKLIN TEMPLETON INSTITUTIONAL LLC directly holds 3.82% of the share capital of the Company (from 5.03% before the transaction).
