Athens, June 25, 2014 – In reply to the letter N.2177/24.06.2014 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, we would like to inform you that during the last years OTE has been developing its pay-TV operations, as it believes that pay-TV is an area with growth potential and as would be normal, reviews all business options in this direction.

In this context, there have been preliminary contacts between OTE and Forthnet's major shareholder, FORGENDO LTD, regarding the NOVA pay-TV operations.

While currently it is not the case, if in the near or longer term future events take place, that would require the notification of the investing public according to applicable laws, OTE will proceed promptly with the necessary announcements.
