(the Company), pursuant to the provisions of the Law 3340/2005 and the Law 3556/2007, the Decision 1/434/03.07.2007 and the Circular nr. 33 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, announces that MARFIN INVESTMENT GROUP HOLDINGS S.A., which is closely associated to the Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Andreas Vgenopoulos, bought shares of the Company as follows:
a) on 10.07.2008 bought 40 shares with total value of Euro 181.05,
b) on 11.07.2008 bought 750 shares with total value of Euro 3,379.73
c) on 14.07.2008 bought 20 shares with total value of Euro 89.72
