ALUMIL administration announces that the Annual General Shareholders Meeting (GSM) of ALUMIL MILONAS S.A., which took place on Friday, June 6th 2008, elected the Company's new Board of Directors:
1. George Alexander Milonas, President, executive member
2. Evaggelia Alexander Milonas, Vice - President, executive member
3. Eutihia Milona, wife of Alexander Milonas, executive member
4. George Ioannis Doukidis, non executive member
5. Anastasios Hristos Alexandridis, independent, non-executive member
6. Hristos Anastasios Sidiras, independent, non-executive member
The elected Board of Directors is elected for five years, until the GSM convened during the first semester of 2013.
