The company INTRALOT announces, according to the Law 3556/2007 and in conjunction with the article 11 of Decision 1/434/3.7.2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, that Mr. Dimitrios Kremmidas - person obligated to notify pursuant to Law 3340/2005 - purchased on 10/6/2008 100 common registered shares of INTRALOT, bearing voting rights, having a total value of 1,098.00 euro.
