Ex dividend date and payment of divident for year 2007
Attica Group (the Company) hereby announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders' approved the Board's proposition for the dividend for 2007 at Euro 0.08 per share.
Entitled to the dividend are bearers of shares at the closing of the Athens Exchange on 17th July, 2008. As of Friday 18th July, 2008, Attica's shares will trade ex-dividend. The dividend payment will commence on Monday 28th July, 2008.
The dividend will be paid through MARFIN EGNATIA BANK S.A., as per below:
1. The custodians of shareholders (custodians and securities firms) via the Custodian Services division and the Shareholders Department of MARFIN EGNATIA BANK S.A., 141, Papadiamantopoulou Street, Ambelokipi 11527, tel.: +30 210 7475113 and +30 210 7710383, contact persons: Messrs. E.Xidis and I. Sgagias.
2. The Shareholders who have not authorized their custodians can collect payment of the dividend via the branch network of MARFIN EGNATIA BANK S.A., by presenting their I.D. as well as their particulars in the Dematerialized Securities System (DSS).
The payment of the dividend may be made to a third party provided that the third party has been authorised so, in writing by the beneficiary Shareholder and the authenticity of the signature of the Shareholder has been certified by the Police or any other competent Authority.
The payment of the dividend via MARFIN EGNATIA BANK S.A., will last until 31st July, 2009. After 31st July, 2009, payment will take place only at the Company's offices.
