The company GR. SARANTIS S.A. announces, according to the article 21 of the L.3556/2007 and the article 11 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission decision 1/434/3.07.07 that Mr. Kyriakos Sarantis son of Pantazis, Vice Chairman of the BoD and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, proceeded on 15/07/08 to the purchase of 4,000 (four thousand) common shares at the average price of 9.43 euros (nine euros and forty three cents) of total value 37,720 euros (thirty seven thousand seven hundred and twenty euros).
