In accordance with the provision of article 290, par.5 of Athens Exchange Regulation and following the relevant decisions of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (dated 27/07/2007) and the Board of Directors (dated 22/01/2008), CENTRIC MULTIMEDIA S.A. notifies that the period for the purchase of own shares ended on 10/06/2008. During the period from 10/03/2008 to 10/06/2008 the total number of shares acquired amounted to 420,174, at an average purchase price of euro 1.88 The total number of own shares that the Company holds, amounts to 472,174 shares, with an average purchase price of euro 1.81 and represents 2.28% of its share capital.
