The Second General Meeting of Shareholders of Alpha Bank, held on May 13, 2008 to decide upon postponed items from the Ordinary General Meeting, approved the amendment, abolition and renumbering of certain of the Banks Articles of Incorporation, in order to adapt them to Law 3604/2007 and improve overall effectiveness.
