(1)On 30/05/2008, through the ATHEX member,
-ALPHA FINANCE SECURITIES, purchased 10,000 own shares, of average acquisition cost 8.5 euro per share and total transaction cost 85,000.00 euro
(2) On 2/6/2008 through the ATHEX member,
- EFG EUROBANK SECURITIES, purchased 20,000 own shares, of average acquisition cost 8.31 euro per share and total transaction cost 166,200.00 euro.
