Piraeus Real Estate Investments S.A. announces that out of the complex property under its ownership (Building A and Building DE) located at 2, Tsimiski, Katouni and Mitropoleos street in Thessaloniki, it proceeded to the sale of the total flat ownership by area of Building A (at Tsimiski and Katouni Street) at the price of euro 7.830.000,00.
The above mentioned sale generated capital gains of euro 374.808,00 for the company.
