CHANGES IN THE COMPOSITION OF THE ATHEX INDICES

Due to the increase to 87,21% of the participation of the company «PIRAEUS BANK S.A.» to the share capital of the company «TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY», the shares of the company will be removed from the composition of all Indices they participate..

• ATHEX Composite Price Index

The shares of the company «TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.» with investability weight of 21% 

• ATHEX Composite Total Return Index

 The shares of the company «TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.» with investability weight of 21%.

• ATHEX Mid & Small Cap Price Index

The shares of the company «INFORM P. LYKOS S.A.» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «ATTICA PUBLICATIONS S.A. » with investability weight of 22%.

• FTSE/ATHEX Mid Cap Index

The shares of the company «TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY» are removed from the index and replaced by the shares of the company «EUROPEAN RELIANCE GEN. INSUR. S.A. » with investability weight of 44%..

• FTSE/ATHEX Market Index

The shares of the company «TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY» are removed from the index without immediate replacement..

• FTSE/ATHEX Real Estate Index

The shares of the company «TRASTOR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY» are removed from the index without immediate replacement..

All changes will take place after the close of business of the session of Friday 19^th June 2015
