The Management of the Technical Olympic Group announces that from 6 June 2008 the financial statements, both company and consolidated, for the period 1 January 31 December, will be available to the public on the Company?s website at www.techol.gr as well as on the Athens Stock Exchange website at www.ase.gr. The financial statements will be published in the Express newspaper on 8 June 2008 and in the Ethnos newspaper on 9 June 2008. The Group's Management also clarifies that it is publishing Financial Data and Information Statements on a consolidated basis for the period 1 January 2007 -31 December 2007, which are classified as not final, due to the consolidation of the financial statements of our subsidiary TOUSA Inc., which cover the period 1 January 2007 30 September 2007 instead of the period 1 January 2007 - 31 December 2007, for which we have not received the final data to this day, due to the inability of the subsidiary to complete its audit and publish its financial results for financial year 1 January 2007 - 31 December 2007. When the financial date for the period 1 January 2007 - 31 December 2007 of subsidiary TOUSA Inc. are finalised and published, then the Group will draft and publish its final financial statements and corresponding notes.
