The company ALAPIS ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on May 14th 2008 by Cominvest Asset Management GmbH, that on May 9th 2008, the said company proceeded to the purchase of Company's shares, and as a result, its total number of shares increased from 36,763,769 to 60,775,179 and its total number of voting rights increased from 31,764,681 to 51,026,091. Hence, its percentage on the Company's total number of shares changed from 3.749% to 6.198% and its percentage on the Company's total number of voting rights changed from 3.239% to 5.204%. It is noted that the aforementioned percentage on the Company's total voting rights is included in the 5.337% percentage reported by Commerzbank AG on May 14th 2008.
