In the consolidated data of the Financial Statements of the year 2006 and the comparative data concerning the year 2005, there have been some reforms due to corrections of the financial statements of the subsidiary TERNA ENERGY S.A. during the period prior of the listing of its shares in the Athens Stock Exchange. The above mentioned reforms have been incorporated and made known with the Notes on the Financial Statements - Interim and Annual - of the year 2007, which have been approved and published.
The Board of Directors deemed appropriate, aiming at keeping the Investors fully informed, to re-issue the Financial Statements of the year 2006, which will include the comparative information regarding the year 2005, as reformed after the corrections.
The aforementioned reformed Annual Financial Statements of 31/12/2006 that have been approved by the BoD and are in accordance with the Company's Certified Auditor, have been posted on our Company's website and have also been communicated to the Athens Exchange and the Hellenic Capital Market Commission.
