The company ALAPIS ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on May 14th 2008 by FORTIS OBAM, that on May 9th 2008, the company proceeded to the purchase of Company's shares through a number of controlled companies and as a result, its total number of shares and voting rights increased from 61,103,850 to 101,103,850. Hence, its percentage on the Company's total number of shares and voting rights changed from 7.740% to 12.800%. It is noted that the aforementioned percentage includes the 10.3104% percentage on the total number of the Company's shares and voting rights reported by FORTIS GLOBAL CUSTODY SERVICES N.V. on May 15th 2008.
