The company ALAPIS ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on May 15th 2008 by FORTIS GLOBAL CUSTODY SERVICES N.V, that on May 9th 2008, the said company proceeded to the purchase of Company's shares on behalf of FORTIS OBAM and as a result, its total number of shares and voting rights increased from 61,103,850 to 101,103,850. Hence, its percentage on the Company's total number of shares and voting rights changed from 6.231% to 10.310%.
