The company ALAPIS ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on May 13th 2008 by SANTANTER INVESTMENT SERVICES SA, that on May 9th 2008, the said company proceeded to the purchase of Company's shares and as a result, its total number of shares and voting rights increased from 23,655,476 to 59,261,696. Hence, its percentage on the Company's total number of shares and voting rights changed from 2.412% to 6.043%.
