The company ALAPIS ABEE (hereafter the "Company"), pursuant to article 14 of L. 3556/2007 and following notification received on May 14th 2008 by Commerzbank, that on May 9th 2008, the said company proceeded to the purchase of Company's shares, through its controlled company COMMINVEST Asset Management Gmbh, and as a result, its total number of shares increased from 36,914,681 to 52,238,091 and its total number of voting rights increased from 31,914,681 to 52,338,091. Hence, its percentage on the Company's total number of shares changed from 3.764% to 5.337% and its percentage on the Company's total number of voting rights changed from 3.255% to 5.337%.
