Announcement of change in voting rights according to Law 3556/2007

Athens, June 16, 2015 – Frigoglass SAIC (the “Company”) announces according to Law 3556/2007 that based on the notification received on June 12, 2015 by "Financière de l'Echiquier", the percentage of its voting rights in the Company decreased from 5.43% (corresponding to 2,745,500 shares and equal number of voting rights) to 4.82% (corresponding to 2,437,283 shares and equal number of voting rights), following a disposal of voting rights held indirectly on June 11, 2015.
