MORGAN STANLEY informed the Company in writing on 19.05.2008 that on 13.5.2008 it sold common registered shares with a voting right of HELLENIC EXCHANGES S.A. HOLDING CLEARING SETTLEMENT & REGISTRY (HELEX). Following the abovementioned transaction, MORGAN STANLEY indirectly holds 4.991% of the share capital of HELEX (from 5.092% before the transaction).
