HALCOR S.A. announces its participation in the share capital increase of its fully owned subsidiary in Bulgaria SOFIA MED SA, by depositing euro 17 mil. and taking all two hundred twenty three thousand seven hundred thirty six (223,736) new shares that will be issued.
This increase in the share capital of SOFIA MED will be used for the improvement of its financial structure.
